From a far distance, you would probably think this guy has hairy and dark eyebrows, but if you look closely you will see that it’s worse than you thought. Yep, this guy seriously shaved his eyebrows and then had ‘wrongfully convicted’ tattooed on them. By the looks of the orange shirt, it seems like he needed it.
