So this one is for the guy with the devil horns on his forehead: If you ever feel bad about getting a dumb tattoo when you were young, it can always be worse. Just take a look at this guy with his ICP tattoo. He must have been a real fan of the American hip-hop duo Insane Clown Posse. Normally fans paint their faces like this to show each other that they are fans and to connect to the band they love. In this case, the guy decided to go a little bit further, and instead of facepaint, he went for the permanent look with this tattoo on his face.
