Challenge 6: Answers
- Hair Change: In image 2, the line in the middle of her hair is gone. Can you see the difference?
- Cleavage Surprise: Check the area between her breasts. In image 2, the line there disappeared. Can you find it?
- Missing Thumb: Look at her right hand. In Image 2, her thumb is not there. Can you find the hand without a thumb?
- Mysterious Finger: Now focus on her left hand. In Image 2, her ring finger is missing.
- Mountain Mystery: Look at the background behind her face right of her. Image 2, the top of the mountain is missing on the right side. Can you spot the mountain’s missing top?
- Path Disappeared: Look to the right side of the painting. In Image 2, the path is gone. Can you find it?
- Lost Land or Rock: Now look to the left side of the Mona Lisa. In image 2, there’s something missing, like a rock or land. Can you find where it disappeared?
So, we looked at two pictures of the Mona Lisa and tried to find what was different between them. We really had to pay close attention to the details! We discovered that in one picture, some things were missing or changed. It was really interesting to see how small changes can make a big difference.
