When we think of Lady Gaga, we instantly think of her extravagant outfits and makeup looks. In an interview with Allure, the singer opened up about what makeup means to her. “I’ve always dealt with insecurities my whole life that are due to the times that I was bullied when I was young,” she told. “And that feeling comes back every once in a while. Then I feel like a superhero with wings. When I became Lady Gaga, that was through makeup. The power of makeup can change you when you’re feeling down.”
