A thief in her own house
Then one morning, Emma couldn’t handle it anymore. Daniël was acting more and more suspicious. She needed to know what was on his list. When Daniel and Lucy left the house to go to the park, she made up an excuse so she could stay in.
Then when she saw the car leaving, she started to search the whole house. Drawers were being searched and bags were being opened. She felt like a thief in her own house but she knew this was necessary. Daniel was acting so weird these days and it was affecting their relationship. She needed to see his list to get reassurance that there was nothing to worry about. Unfortunately, looking at his list only made it worse and would not reassure her at all!
