New Year’s resolutions
By the time the calendar hit the first of November, Emma and Lucy were thrilled to make the giant collective New Year’s resolution list. Normally Daniël would be excited as well but this time he was acting strange. Emma couldn’t put her finger on it but the way he acted worried her.
Daniël started to come up with excuses to postpone it. First, he said that he didn’t want to start with making the list because it was too early and he wasn’t in the mood yet. Emma decided to wait for 2 weeks but Lucy was getting impatient. She felt it was cruel to do this to a little girl and change the timeline in which they start their tradition, so she decided that she wasn’t going to wait any longer.
