The owner of the spa in eastern China launched a search for the non-paying customer. He was eager to track down this man and make him pay for the treatments and massages he had enjoyed during his visit.
Unfortunately, the surveillance cameras were of such poor quality that the police couldn’t do much with them. They indicated that they could not see the man’s face clearly enough to conduct an investigation. The man’s name had not been recorded on arrival, leaving them with too few clues to help the spa owner.
