It’s clear that Thomas put a lot of work into the detailing and finishing touches of the house. The other apartments that he rented or sold were also clearly done by a true perfectionist. Some landlords don’t put any effort into the renovation of their units, but Thomas was just the opposite. He put lots of time into his rental units and rightfully so, he wanted the renters to love the homes as much as he did. He would soon come to find out that some renters, unfortunately, did not.
