Loved kids
Nancy Bleuer, like many other teachers, started teaching because of her love for kids. To her, helping kids grow up was an honor above all others. She knew all too well about her importance in a child’s youth. She was partially responsible for their growth and upbringing.
Because Nancy cared so deeply for her students, it caused her great pain when she found out something was wrong with one of them. Whenever a kid stubbed their toe it seemed as if she could feel it herself. That level of empathy made things even worse for her when she found out a student had a rough homelife situation. She did everything in her power to make sure they felt comfortable in her classroom.
She did the same for Camden, but his case was a bit tougher than others she had dealt with…
