- Greta was Time’s person of the year
Greta Thunberg has achieved a lot in her short years on this planet. She’s inspired millions around the world to take action on climate change, she’s given powerful speeches at international conferences, and she’s even gotten world leaders to pay attention to the issue. She has even been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize and she has been named Time magazine’s Person of the Year. The youngest person ever!
I mean, seriously, what can’t this girl do? She’s basically a superhero in training, using her powers of activism and determination to save the world one recycled bottle at a time. And if being Time’s Person of the Year wasn’t enough, we can only assume that she’s secretly working on inventing a device that turns carbon emissions into glitter. Because let’s face it, the world could always use more glitter.
In all seriousness, though, it’s great to see Greta being recognized for her hard work and dedication to making the world a better place. Here’s hoping she continues to inspire and motivate people to take action on climate change. Go, Greta!
