Confidence
As the weeks went by, Olivia’s confidence grew and she started to feel more and more at home at her new job. She made friends and developed a sense of purpose, and she knew that she had made the right decision. Olivia was finally able to earn her own money and was slowly getting herself out of debts.
Meanwhile she had moved into her grandfather’s house and began to take care of it as if it were her own. It wasn’t always easy, and there were many times when she wanted to give up, but she persevered. The house reminded her of her childhood there and how good her grandfather had been for her all her life. Some days she just wanted to leave because the guilt of leaving him would take over. She realized that she used to run away for her feelings because that was the easier option. This time, for once in her life, she wouldn’t run away and she would make her grandfather proud. Even though he wasn’t there to see it anymore, she felt his spirit with her. But was it really his spirit that she felt with her?
