IVAS
The U.S. Army is experimenting with an augmented reality headset called the IVAS. It provides a wide variety of capabilities to a soldier, including the ability to place waypoint marks, check a 3D-map, see better in the dark and even the ability to train against virtual soldiers.
We’re living in strange times, people. Who knows what kind of inventions we’ll see in the next couple of years!
