Eldest son
Richard and Kate’s eldest son refused to provide DNA. He stated that Richard was the only father he had ever known and that any DNA evidence would not change that. Biological father or not, Richard was his dad.
With the DNA results of the twins, Richard had enough evidence to file a lawsuit against Kate.
