Most weight loss plans require physical activity and a gym is usually part of that. In fact, finding the right gym for Lexi turned out to be a little more complicated than expected. Being extremely overweight, she already had joint pain, so much of the conventional equipment was out of the question for her.
She simply couldn’t afford a personal trainer, so they decided to do their own research and tackle this project together. Finally, they found the perfect gym and the battle against the pounds could begin. Once the right gym had been found, the road to weight loss was all clear…or was it?
