Five houses away
The reactor worked so well that David was able to measure the radioactive radiation from his nuclear reactor up to 5 houses away. That was not quite wat he’d intended. He put the health of his neighbors at risk. David may have been very indifferent with respect to his own health, but the health of other people was very important to him.
As extraordinary as this chemistry experiment was, this was a step too far for him. He decided to dismantle the reactor. He managed to do this as well without anything going wrong, which in itself was quite an achievement too. But now he had to find somewhere to get rid of the radioactive material.
There is no bin for radioactive waste at the landfill, so he had to get creative…
