Since the tail was there for no reason, the rescue organization wondered if the small “appendix” should be removed. This turned out not to be necessary, according to the vet. The puppy seemed to be happy and healthy, and moreover has no problems with his second tail. In the meantime, the “unicorn puppy” was named Narwhal, and we will stay with the rescue organization until they can find the perfect new owner for him. And let’s be honest: who doesn’t want such a sweet puppy?
