A cold, feverish or a sore throat? This is how you are going to get through the winter!

Rubbing your tongue over your palate

A stuffy nose can be caused by an inflammation, such as an allergy or hay fever, or by an infection, such as a cold. To get rid of your stuffy nose in under a minute, follow the steps on this page. You don’t need anything for this trick except your own body.

Run your tongue over the top of your mouth until you feel itchy. Then press (not too hard, but not too soft either) with your index and middle fingers on the top part of your nose, between your eyebrows. Keep your fingers pressed in this spot for 20 seconds and your sinuses will empty themselves. Blow your nose and there you go, your breath is free once again!
