12. Finding it difficult to get out of bed in the morning is called ‘Dysania’
Finally, something to blame it on! You can just tell everyone you suffer from ‘dysania’… Right? In reality, dysania is a serious problem for a lot of people around the world. It’s characterized by the person suffering from it not being able to get out of bed for about 1 to 2 hours after waking up. So just because you hit the snooze button every now and then, doesn’t mean you suffer from dysania.
