Shampoo
Our first tip is to add a handful of Epsom salt to your bottle of shampoo and wash your hair with this every day. Side note: do make sure that your shampoo is suitable to be used every day. With a bit of luck, you will notice a change in your hair after the first few washes already. The idea is that your hair will look shinier and healthier. Worth a try, right?
Conditioner
Tip number two is all about conditioner. Pour a layer of conditioner into a saucepan and add a handful of Epsom salt to it. Heat this on low heat. Let it cool down for a bit and then massage it into the roots of your dry hair. Let it soak for a few minutes and rinse it out with lukewarm water. This is said to work great against split ends and to improve the volume of your hair.
Scrub
The salt isn’t just good for your hair, but also for your face. You can use it in a wonderful facial scrub. How? Mix some Epsom salt with some liquid soap or day cream and softly rub this mixture on your face using circular motions. Rinse with lukewarm water and the dead skin cells will be removed from your skin. This also helps to keep the moisture content of your skin on a proper level.
