While you’re taking care of your skin, you can also use the aloe vera gel to make a facial scrub. Mix some gel with a little baking soda and you’re done!
7. Make a mouthwash
A 2014 study published in the Ethiopian Journal of Health Sciences shows that you can use aloe vera as a mouthwash. The plant contains a good dose of vitamin C, which prevents the production of plaque. Aloe vera can also provide relief if you suffer from swollen gums.
