Baby powder
When your thighs keep chafing during the summer heat, the skin on your thighs can become very irritated and in some cases even damaged. It’s not just people who are on the heavy side who have to deal with this: it has everything to do with the way your legs are positioned. The easiest solution to this problem would be to wear clothes that cover your thighs. Boxer shorts with slightly longer legs are a great solution for some people. Is it just too hot outside and do you not want to wear more clothes than is strictly necessary? Then baby powder might be the solution you’re looking for. Before you go out in the heat for a walk, rub some baby powder on the inside of your thighs. This will make sure that the skin on your legs stays dry and won’t start to chafe and irritate. It’s the ideal trick for hot summer days!
