6. Get checked
Especially women between 40 and 74 have a high risk of breast cancer. Plat it safe by having yourself checked regularly by a doctor. A so-called mammogram checks whether there are tumors or other unusual things in your breasts.
7. Eat enough vegetables
We know from childhood that we have to eat enough vegetables. But did you know that eating vegetables helps to reduce the risk of breast cancer? Focus primarily on broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage and kale, since these vegetables do a lot of good for your body. Advantage: you mix it easily with every dish.
