What do you need?
Chances are that you do not have all the ingredients at home. Still, it is worth it to get the following ingredients in order to make the sleep drink.
- 1 cup of (almond) milk
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- half a teaspoon of turmeric
- a quarter teaspoon of adaptogens (for example ginseng)
- 2 pinches of cardamom
- pinch of ginger
- pinch of nutmeg
- black pepper
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of honey
This is how you make it:
- Pour the (almond) milk in a pan.
- Stir the rest of the ingredients into the milk. Let it simmer until the milk boils and your drink is ready!
