This is what you need
- 1 green apple
- handful of strawberries
- 240 ml of water
- 240 ml of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon of psyllium fibres
- 2 teaspoons of chia seed
- juice of 1 lemon
This is how you make it
Peel and core the apple and cut it into pieces. Put the apple and the strawberries into a blender and add the water, coconut milk, flaxseed, psyllium fibres, chia seed and lemon juice. Blend it all into a smooth mixture and pour it into a glass. Drink this smoothie before going to bed for the best results. Are you still feeling bloated and obstipated the next morning?
