We’re always looking for new ways to improve our beloved meat balls. We already knew adding some crème fraîche to the meat ball is delicious, just like baking them in tomato sauce, but this trick is completely new to us!
Every meat ball lover should try this! Do you want to make the most delicious meat balls ever? Add some apple sauce to the meat ball mixture and they’ll turn out absolutely scrumptious! Use your usual meat ball recipe, but add a decent amount of apple sauce. For 100 g of ground meat, add about 30 g of apple sauce. Don’t have a recipe for meat balls? We’ve got you covered!
This is what you need for 7 to 8 meat balls
- 700 g ground meat (beef, for example)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 90 g fine bread crumbs
- 200 g apple sauce
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
