Now roll the dough like sushi and close the ends with the dough.
Sprinkle flour on the rolled dough and cut into 1cm pieces.
Place them in a paper-lined steamer basket and steam for 12 minutes. It has to get bigger.
Once that’s done, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the tomato bread on each side for two to three minutes.
Serve warm with a salad or season with soy sauce.
