Perfect time
If you feel like getting some McDonald’s grub, the best times to go are between 12 and 2 pm and between 5 and 7 pm. Why? Because these are the times most mystery shoppers are active. Mystery shoppers test how customer-friendly the employees are, and these employees want nothing more than impress these shoppers. Their jobs are on the line, after all. The result? The employees are extra friendly, alert and quick.
Receipt
Pretty much no one asks for the receipt, but it’s high time you start doing so. Mystery shoppers always ask for the receipt, because that way they can charge their expenses to their bosses. When someone asks for the receipt, McDonald’s employees immediately take into account the possibility that they might be dealing with a mystery shopper. That’s why they’ll always provide you with fresh fries and help you as quickly as possible!
