Tina Turner & Erwin Bach
Turner was born in Tennessee on November 26, 1939. At the age of 24 she met Ike Turner and started performing with him and other musicians. With their popularity growing, Ike and Tina got married in 1962. They became known for their live performances and recordings like ,Proud Mary’, until Tina left after years of domestic abuse.
Erwin and Tina first met in 1985, when he, a 30-year old music executive, had been sent to pick up the 47-year old superstar from the airport. Tina has described it as love at first sight. She invited him to her place in Los Angeles and he came over. It took 27 years for the two to finally tie the knot in marriage. They got married in 2013.
